It's not willpower. It's biology.
Most weight-loss programs fail because they treat weight as a willpower problem. But research shows that genetics and metabolic adaptation account for up to 70% of your weight outcomes, and your body is literally fighting your efforts to lose weight.
GLP-1 medications change the biological equation. They work by mimicking a hormone your gut naturally produces, one that signals fullness to your brain, slows the rate at which your stomach empties, and helps regulate blood sugar. The result: reduced hunger, smaller portions without deprivation, and sustainable weight loss.
This isn't a stimulant, a crash diet, or a shortcut. It's a clinically proven pharmaceutical intervention, the same class of medication that's produced the most significant weight-loss results in decades of obesity research.

Semaglutide Program
“I was skeptical about telehealth, and figured it would be impersonal and rushed. It was the opposite. My physician actually read my health history, explained the options, and followed up. I'm down 28 pounds and my blood pressure is the best it's been in a decade.”

“Three kids later, my metabolism felt completely broken. My doctor had been telling me to 'eat less, move more' for years, which was not helpful. Weightiva actually addressed the biology. I'm 22 pounds down and finally feel like myself again.”

Your questions, answered honestly
“Will this actually work for me?”
GLP-1 medications are the most effective pharmaceutical weight-loss interventions in modern medicine. Clinical trials show average losses of 10–20% of body weight. That said, results depend on your health history, adherence, and the specific medication prescribed, which is exactly why a physician reviews your case individually before prescribing anything.
“My insurance doesn't cover this.”
The Weightiva program is designed to be affordable without insurance. Starting at $249/month, it includes everything, physician review, medication, and support. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds, which are pre-tax. That's a real dollar savings over paying out of pocket without a plan.
“Is compounded medication safe?”
Compounded GLP-1 medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies using pharmaceutical-grade active ingredients. HavoPharma, our pharmacy partner, operates under applicable state and federal regulations. Your prescribing physician takes your complete health history into account before recommending any medication. They would not prescribe something inappropriate for your profile.
“I don't want to give myself injections.”
Semaglutide is also available as a once-daily tablet, with no injections required. And for patients who are open to it, the injection pen is simpler than it sounds: a small, thin needle, once a week. Many patients who were nervous about it say they barely feel it after the first few times. Your physician can walk you through it.
“How do I know this is legitimate?”
Weightiva connects patients with licensed, board-certified physicians and licensed compounding pharmacies. All prescriptions are issued by independent licensed clinicians following a thorough medical review. We follow HIPAA guidelines for health data protection. Our pharmacy partner HavoPharma is a licensed compounding pharmacy. This is real medical care, delivered online.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you start.
The Weightiva program starts at $249 per month. This includes your physician review, personalized treatment plan, medication, ongoing physician support, and free shipping. There are no hidden membership fees or additional charges beyond the monthly program cost. Multi-month plans are available at reduced monthly rates, see our Pricing page for details.
The Weightiva program is a cash-pay service, and we do not bill insurance directly. However, many HSA and FSA plans cover medically necessary telehealth services and prescription medications. We recommend checking with your HSA/FSA administrator. If branded medications (Wegovy®, Zepbound®) are prescribed, your insurance plan may cover them separately through your pharmacy benefit, and your physician can provide the documentation needed.
Yes. GLP-1 telehealth programs and prescription medications are generally HSA/FSA eligible expenses. Most major HSA and FSA cards are accepted at checkout. If you need a letter of medical necessity for your HSA/FSA administrator, contact our support team.
Yes. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel your program at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation must be requested at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Because prescription medications are compounded to order, shipped medication cannot be returned, but future billing will stop upon cancellation.
If a physician determines you are not a candidate for the program, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. If you cancel after your medication has shipped, refunds are generally not available for that shipment due to the nature of compounded prescription medications. Damaged or incorrect shipments are eligible for replacement. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
